Cooking Class Menu on Options

  • Timbungan Be Siap : Soup casava leaves with chicken in Balinese spices or casava leaves with bean soap for vegetarian option.

You can only choose 4 types of dishes that you like from several available options.

  • Besiap Sere Bawang : slices chicken meat fried wity onion and shrip paste.

  • Chicken Tum : Chicken Tum or Tum Ayam is a classic Balinese dish where minced chicken is mixed with aromatic spices, wrapped in banana leaves, and then steamed.

  • Kare Ayam : Kare Ayam or chicken Curry is a flavorful and aromatic dish made with a blend of spices, often simmered with meat, vegetables, or tofu or potatos in a rich sauce.

  • Ayam Goreng Bumbu Bali : flavorful Balinese-style fried chicken dish is coated in a rich, spicy, and aromatic sauce made from traditional Balinese spices.
