First Menu:
- Bregedel Jagung: an Indonesian corn fritter dish, it is made from a mixture of sweet corn, flour, eggs and various spices such as garlic, shallots, coriander and salt, the mixture is then deep fried untill golden brown and crispy.

- Gado Gado: an Indonesian salad made with a mix of blanced and boiled vegetablesm tofu, tempe, and hard boiled eggs all topped with a rich peanut sauce.

- Betutu Ayam: Balinese dish made of from chicken that is marinated with base genep ( a rich and aromatic balinese spice blend), the chicken is then wrapped in banana leaves and slow cooked either by steaming or roasted untill the meat becomes tender and fully infused with the spices.

- Sate Lilit Ayam: Balinese style satay made from minced meat ( typically chicken, fish, pork or beef) mixed with grated coconut, balinese spices and coconut milk, unlike regular satay which uses chunks of meat skewered on sticks. sate lilit is wrapped (or lilit in balinese) around a lemon grass stalk or bamboo skewer before being grilled over charcoal.

- Dadar Gulung: a traditional indonesian and balinese dessert often describe as a pandan flavored rolled pancake filled with sweet coconut and palm sugar. Dadar mean pancake and Gulung mean roll, reffering to how the pancake is wrapped around the filling.
